Social Media is a major buzz word right now. You probably hear it thrown around by media outlets everyday now.
The best way to describe our social media services is to sum it up as online customer service. For example, if you have a website, what are you doing to create relationships with your visitors? Are they filling out a contact form that goes into your already full email inbox that will go unanswered for a week or more? Better yet, do you have strategies that direct those customers into your store?
Social Media Marketing is about listening and engaging with customers. It’s about joining in on the conversations that are already happening everyday about your brand.
