Social Media Marketing

Social Media is a major buzz word right now. You hear it thrown around by Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and we have started to see major companies apply the practices to their everyday operations.

To us, however, social media marketing has always been a common sense business tactic. Since 2003, before we were even established as a company, our founding members were leveraging an exciting new website called MySpace, to help bands and musicians make more money. We did this for several years, not even thinking that it could one day become a lucrative business.

In early 2007, right before social media started becoming a household term, we were contacted by a Fortune 500 company that was interested in conducting a strategic campaign to target the Generation-Y demographic. It was then that our founding members realized that Endagon Innovations could become the second branch of the Endagon company.

Fast forward a few years and we now have a handful of successful case studies, dozens of happy clients, and a unique way to demonstrate ROI from organic Internet marketing.

The best way to describe our social media services is to sum it up as online customer service. For example, if you have a website, what are you doing to create relationships with your visitors? Are they filling out a contact form that goes into your already full email inbox that will go unanswered for a week or more? Better yet, do you have strategies that direct those customers into your store?

Social Media Marketing is about listening and engaging with customers. It’s about joining in on the conversations that are already happening everyday about your brand. If you are able to personalize your brand by creating a relationship with those people, you have won, and will continue to win in the future. Relationships can only get stronger.
